In this workshop you will privately address thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs that no longer serve you.  Together we will collectively release the old and generate our positive energies towards future manifestations.

You will outline your intentions and goals for 2010, which I will send to you later in the year as a reminder of your progress.
