Happy New Year!
The full moon was a beautiful way to ring in 2010 - It is my intention that your holidays went smoothly and that this retrograde you took full opportunity to reconnect and reestablish yourself with a more peaceful heart. The new year is well under way, and we will begin to feel more of the forward momentum by Saturday, January 16th.
January 15, 2010 brings in the end of retrograde (goes direct) and a solar new moon eclipse (visible in India).
So what does all this mean for you?
Well, the start of 2010 has been the opportune time to release, reorganize, replenish. (ah, retrograde). Those of you who attended our burning bowl ceremony certainly released the old, and toned our intention of the new year with joy (as we had our hummingbird within our healing circle..) - for those not in physical attendance, we hope that you have released the old from 2009 and prior, and are sailing forward easily with the flow. As we continue through the first quarter of this year, things will gain momentum (especially after the solar eclipse).
Feb. 14, 2010, marks the beginning of the Chinese Lunar Year with symbolic new beginnings. This year (4708 by the Chinese calendar) it's especially exciting as the Year of the Metal/WhiteTiger . Now is the time to make the most of your talents. Be prepared for things to happen quickly this year and get ready to seize those opportunities before they fly by. The Metal element gives the Tiger its sharpness in action and speed of thought. With an inspiring assertiveness and competitive demeanor, the time is now to determine goals and then implement a plan to achieve them. We will be gaining momentum propelling us into the 2nd quarter of the year.
Mars is still in retrograde until mid-March, which provides the more relaxed energy - slowing things down enough for us to go deeply within to make adjustments at a core level as the timing is perfect to take a look at our commitments, vows, contracts and obligations.
