I am still processing the changes produced during my session with you. It has been like a gradual clearing away from old ingrained ways of thinking. I seem much stronger and clearer in my language and actions, and I am noticing I feel less controlled by my need to have my relationship be a certain way. In the past, I've panicked when I don't hear from him, or upset when he didn't treat me in a certain way. I am becoming less dependent on him, I think, and more reliant on myself. I have been going to Deb Leone for several years and she is a wonderful healer. She recently referred me to Jara Salmon when I mentioned some perceived blockages. What Jara was able to do was to educate me and show me how to use my own capabilities to master my spirituality and many other abilities. I have done much work in this regard, but after my sessions with Jara and attending a pendulum class, I am running a lightening speed now, catching up on all those years where I was lost.
